Gonzalo Cendra, born in 1977 in Venezuela, has been sailing alongside Yamil for many years. As a professional sailor, he has excelled in the Hobie class. In the ssl boat with the Venezuelan team, he serves as the midbow, leveraging his agility and vast experience as a crew member to support the bowman. Some of his best results include being a two-time silver medalist in the Hobie 16 at the Central American and Caribbean Games and winning the Hobie 16 World Championship in 2019.
